How do I buy electricity or water tokens?
Go to tswanapay.com, enter your meter number and the amount you want, and pay. Your token is generated instantly — enter it on your meter keypad to load the credit.
My meter is out of credit — what now?
Simply buy a new token on TswanaPay and enter it on your meter. Credit loads immediately. If the meter doesn’t accept it, message our support team and we’ll sort it.
I bought a token but didn’t receive it.
Check your transaction history on TswanaPay first. If the payment went through but no token appeared, contact support@factorfast.co.bw or WhatsApp us with your meter number and payment reference, and we’ll re-issue it.
How do I read my meter number?
Your meter number is printed on the front of the meter and on your statement. If you can’t find it, send us a photo of the meter on WhatsApp and we’ll identify it for you.
I’m a landlord — how do I see my collections?
You get a real-time dashboard showing usage, payments and alerts for every unit. If you don’t have access yet, contact us and we’ll set you up.
